Information on Count Me In! for organisations involving volunteers

Organisations involving volunteers who participated in the Count Me In! volunteering survey had the opportunity to win one of our prizes - we gave out a total of £7500 as either £1000 or £500 prizes.

The following organisations won prizes:

St Joseph's Catholic Primary School (Newton Abbot), Whipton SureStart (Exeter), Buckland Abbey (Tavistock), Friends of North Devon Families Charity (Ilfracombe), Maytree Preschool (Woodbury), Whimple Over 60s (Whimple), Hare Preservation Trust (Crediton), Cold Harbour Mill (Cullompton), 1st Ivybridge Scouts (Ivybridge), Westbank (Exeter), The Junction Community and Young Person's Venue (Newton Abbot) and North Devon Yachts Club (Instow). Congratulations!

We also drew 8 winners of £50 cash prizes from all the individual volunteers that entered.

We were delighted to invite our winners to receive their cheques at a garden party at the Bishop's Palace, Exeter on 1st July, along with their volunteers. The cheques were presented by Emily Wood, BBC Spotlight.
