Teignbridge CVS is recruiting a PATIENT SUPPORT SERVICESCO-ORDINATOR18 hours/week NJC pt 19 currently £17,802 pa pro rataBased in Newton Abbot 

We are looking to recruit a dynamic,motivated and enthusiastic person to develop and co-ordinate the new Patient Support Services Scheme based initially at 2 Newton Abbot GP practices. This scheme will provide a variety of health and social care services to local patients through a volunteer workforce. Experience of working with volunteers and promoting a service essential.
